IAMV
collects NPI from our customers at several different points on our web
site.

purchase a product or service from us, we request certain NPI from you
on our
application form. You must provide contact information and financial
information. We use this information to for billing purposes and to
fill your
orders. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this

to contact. IAMV is not a lender and does not make loans or credit
decisions in
connection with loans. IAMV may serve as a financial broker to assist
you in
securing financing for your purchase. If you apply for a
Lease on our
web site,
we require you to provide us with certain NPI on our application form.
This
information is necessary to process your application and contact you.By
completing our application form, you authorize IAMV to verify your
information
and to transmit your lease request to IAMV’s third-party
lenders and/or
strategic partners. You further authorize these lenders to check your
information and to return their decision to you through IAMV. You
understand that
third-party lenders and/or strategic partners may keep this form,
whether or
not you are qualified for a lease with them. The third-party lender
and/or
strategic partner is solely responsible for its services to you, and
you agree
that IAMV shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type
arising out
of or in any way connected with your use of our services.
In order to
provide financial lending or referral services to you, we may
supplement the
information you submit to us on our application form with information
from
third party sources. To determine if you qualify for financing with one
of our
third-party lenders and/or strategic partners, we use your name, full
address,
telephone number, and social security number.
IAMV gathers
certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This
information
is gathered by third-party software provider. This
information
includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet
service
provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time
stamp, and
clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify
individual
users, to analyze trends, to administer the web site, to track
visitors’
movements around the web site, and to gather demographic information
about our
customer base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected
data to
NPI.
Disclosure of NPI
We may share
aggregated demographic
information about our customer base with our third-party lenders,
strategic
partners, and advertisers. We may also share this

contracted

provided on your application you completed, as is necessary for our

Access Translation with pass-through for virtual private networking
(VPN). We
also utilize network security in the form of passwords and restricted

for non-essential employees.The automatically collected information

above is also password protected and is only accessible by key
employees of IAMV.
