ADVERTISED “AS LOW AS” PRICE DISCLAIMER
The advertised price per month is the estimated monthly payment required to be made for that item or group order until that item or group is paid off. The advertised price per month does not include any shipping charges (unless specifically stated on the website as shipping included or free for the specific item you are lease purchasing) installation or applicable sales tax. The price per month may change or be different than displayed due to a shorter or longer time frame (term) required by our funding sources or strategic partners to repay the agreement to obtain ownership. ACCOUNT PAYMENT LIMIT
If approved by one of our financing strategic partners, they will establish an account payment limit for you. The strategic leasing partner which has granted to you this account payment limit has the right to raise or lower that account payment limit on demand. You may not charge purchases to your account if it will cause you to exceed your credit limit.

PURCHASES
Our strategic partners will periodically notify you of merchandise, which you may purchase and charge to your account if you have available credit. You also authorize us to purchase any sales slips or other similar documents showing present or later purchases to be added to your account and to charge your account the amount financed related to these purchases.

PAYMENT TERMS

For applicable lease purchase agreements you can repay any or all of your account balance at any time without penalty (in most cases discounts will be available for early purchase payoff). When you do not pay your entire balance in full, you must make a minimum payment each month. The amount of the minimum payment is shown on the front side of your lease purchase agreement.  IAM Ventures uses mutiple 3rd party leasing strategic partners.  You payment will be remitted to them. Each of these strategic leasing partners  have differing qualifications to approve your application, have differing terms and conditions, and offer differing payback options over shorter or longer terms than communicated in the website. Some of these stragtegic leasing partners may not offer 90 days same as cash options.  You have the right to return the merchandise per the terms and conditions stated on the written lease agreement provided to you prior your purchase. Please contact us if you would like a copy in advance of your purchase or application submission to review terms and conditions. Terms and conditions of the lease purchase agreement have been set by the strategic partner or funding source not IAM Ventures LLC. Changes or modifications of the lease purchase agreement must be approved in writing by the funding source or strategic partner. Upon completing a transaction with IAM Ventures LLC the lease agreement will give certain provisions to pay off your account early with specific discounts including certain terms and conditions. The lease agreement provided to you PRIOR to completing your lease purchase transaction and will detail these terms and conditions. DEFAULT
For applicable lease purchase agreements, you will you will be in a default if (a) you fail to make a required payment when due on two occasions within any 12 month period; or you violate any term of this lease purchase agreement.
